How FundLayer protects your church's books and your donors' information.
Read-only access
FundLayer asks QuickBooks only for accounting read access and never creates, changes or deletes anything in your books.
Encryption
All traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher. Data is encrypted at rest, and QuickBooks access tokens get an extra layer of encryption with keys held in Azure Key Vault.
Multi-factor sign-in
Every account must set up an authenticator app before any church file is visible.
Isolation
Each organization can see only its own church files, and automated tests check that on every release.
Deletion on disconnect
Disconnect a file and its synced data and statements are deleted, starting immediately.
No selling, no ads
Donor data is used only to provide the service. FundLayer runs on Microsoft Azure in the United States.
